Terms and Conditions

1.) I understand that New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. is an independent Real Estate company, whose associates are Licensed Real Estate Professionals brokering through REMAX Around Atlanta.

2.) Futhermore, I understand that New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. does NOT have any affiliation with any builder or third party, company or professional on the New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. website.

3.) I ACKNOWLEDGE THE FACT, THAT I AM NOT ACTIVELY WORKING WITH ANY LICENSED REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL OR REAL ESTATE BROKER and, THAT I HAVE NOT SIGNED, or ENTERED INTO ANY BUYER BROKERAGE AGREEMENT WITH ANY REAL ESTATE COMPANY OR REAL ESTATE BROKER. Failure to disclose any Buyer Brokerage relationship will forfeit my right to claim any Cash Back incentive, and furthermore terminate my business relationship with New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. immediately.

4.) I agree that in order to participate in this CASH BACK program, I must first register and then sign a Buyer Brokerage Agreement with New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. In addition, I understand that there may be other documents that may be required to be signed or initialed by New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. in order to receive the CASH BACK incentive. These documents include, but are not limited to, Property Inspections or documents related to the purchase of Real Estate.

5.) By Registering with New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc., I am entering into a Business Relationship and give New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. the right to contact me. Furthermore, I give New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. permission to Register me as their Client at the respective Builder communities that I will email to New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. In addition, my consent gives the Builders' Real Estate Professionals/Sales Representatives the right to contact me if needed.

6.) I understand that New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. or any Builder advertised on this website, can NOT be held liable for any price changes or changes on Builder websites or in Builder Communities that could affect my decision in purchasing a home. All information is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed and should be verified.

7.) The 1.5% CASH BACK can only be claimed if I have agreed to and complied to all the Terms and Conditions set forth within this Agreement by New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc., and as long as I close on a property whereby New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. has Registered and represented me as a Client of theirs with a respective Builder advertised on this website.

8.) 1.5% cash back can only be given if there is at least a 3% commission offered to New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. If less than 3% commission is offered to New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc., then 1% cash back will be given to Buyer instead of 1.5%. Also, if more than 3% commission (i.e. 3.5% commission) is offered to New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc., then the 1.5% commission still applies to 3% of the commission only.Ê

9.) I furthermore indemnify New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc., all Builders advertised or mentioned on New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. website and any Real Estate professionals, of all liabilities, expenses (including attorneys' fees) and damages that may arise out of claims resulting from my use of New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. services. I also understand that New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. cannot be held liable for any defects in materials or workmanship or for any other representations, warranties, statements or covenants of the homebuilder, whether express or implied.

Email New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. the particular Communities you intend to visit. (must provide New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. with at least 24 hours notice prior to visiting a community)

> Step 4

Print a copy of the CASH BACK certificate for your records.

> Step 5

Visit the communities and check with the Onsite Agent to ensure that New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. has registered you with that particular community.

Write the contract on your Dream Home, and wait to close. (see our Contract Writing Tips)

> Step 7

Receive CASH BACK from New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. within three weeks after closing!
