Step 3 is to print your CASH BACK Certificate (your Client Number will only be printed on the Certificate and emailed to you after we have received your submitted Subdivisions).

Search for your Dream Home.

> Step 3

Email New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. the particular Communities you intend to visit. (must provide New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. with at least 24 hours notice prior to visiting a community)

> Step 4

Print a copy of the CASH BACK certificate for your records.

> Step 5

Visit the communities and check with the Onsite Agent to ensure that New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. has registered you with that particular community.

Write the contract on your Dream Home, and wait to close. (see our Contract Writing Tips)

> Step 7

Receive CASH BACK from New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. within three weeks after closing!
