After you Register you will be directed to the home page where you will need to click on the "Buyer Brokerage" button for you to sign and submit. (One has to Register, sign a Buyer /Brokerage Agreement and comply with the Terms and Conditions before you can be eligible to receive the 1.5% CASH BACK Certificate.)

Email New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. the particular Communities you intend to visit. (must provide New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. with at least 24 hours notice prior to visiting a community)

> Step 4

Print a copy of the CASH BACK certificate for your records.

> Step 5

Visit the communities and check with the Onsite Agent to ensure that New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. has registered you with that particular community.

Write the contract on your Dream Home, and wait to close. (see our Contract Writing Tips)

> Step 7

Receive CASH BACK from New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. within three weeks after closing!
