13.) Will I still qualify for any incentives that a builder may offer?

Absolutely. We have no affiliation with any Builder, and we represent you in the Real Estate Transaction as your Buyer's Agent. Therefore, you will still be eligible to receive any Builder incentives that a particular Community may offer, as long as you agree to the terms the Builder has provided.

15.) Can anyone register to receive the 1.5% CASH BACK Certificate?

YES. Anyone can register to participate in our fun and innovative CASH BACK program, as long as you are NOT actively working with a Realtor, have not previously signed an Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement with that Realtor, are over the age of 18 and are willing to abide to the terms and conditions set forth by New Homes Atlanta Online, Inc. Failure to adhere to the Terms & Conditions will result in a Termination of Agreement, and you will forfeit the right to claim any CASH BACK compensation.
